I reserve the right to refuse commission for any reason.

There will be no refunds once the commission is completed and finished.

If I cancel commission, either a full refund or partial refund will be issued. Partial refunds apply when I have completed 50% or more of the image.

_{COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY}

All commissions are intended for personal use only and are strictly not to be used for commercial, monetary, AI, Crypto or NFT purposes.

I reserve the right to post it anywhere or use it for promotional purposes unless discussed.

Do not alter the artwork. You may claim and promote your character but not the drawing.

Please credit me and link to my socials if you share my work anywhere.

All rights to the artwork ultimately will be reserved to me, the artist.

I usually don't accept commercial projects. Commercial rates are x300% of original price with credits still required.

_{AVOID MISCOMMUNICATION}

Please provide thorough and clear references. It is the responsibility of you (customer/client) to provide as much detail as possible to avoid any miscommunication or misdirection.

You agree to ALL these terms above once you commission me.

Commissions may take up to 2 months to be completed.
Depending on factors such as; health, order of commission, feedback time, complexity, day job and personal issues.

If any of these things occur, you will be notified asap.

I do not accept rushed orders. Please mention if you have a hard deadline.

Weekends are off days! Make sure you check the queue as well! :)

_{COMMUNICATION & REVISIONS}

I update commissioners in 3 stages ^o^/ :
▽ Sketches - x1 major revision
▽ Work in progress (WIP) - x1 medium revision
    (line art and simple colour)
▽ Final - x1 minor revision (negotiable)

Only revisions allowed to be made, as mentioned above in the 3 stages. I do not accept an entire change to composition, the entire pose or the entire background.

Major revisions after sketches are subject to a 50% surcharge of the original commission price:
i.e; outfit change, outfit addition/subtraction, background change or anything that needs an entire redraw.

You will receive one full resolution png image of the artwork commissioned with or without watermark. Through e-mail or google drive (Will delete in 7 days).
